Exciting News for 2025: Expanding Our Care for Women's Health

I'm thrilled to share some exciting developments that we have planned for 2025. Our biggest news is the launch of our dedicated Menopause Clinic, where we'll offer comprehensive care that combines our expertise in menopause management and breast health. We understand that every woman's journey is unique, which is why we're committed to providing personalised care plans that address your specific needs.

Education is at the heart of everything I do. I firmly believe that well-informed patients make better decisions about their health. To support this mission, I am launching several new initiatives:

  • Understanding menopause symptoms and management approaches

  • The latest developments in hormone replacement therapy

  • Practical lifestyle modifications for symptom management

  • Educational content about menopause and breast health, including detailed explanations of hormonal changes, common symptoms, treatment options, and preventive care strategies

  • Practical lifestyle tips and daily wellness routines to help manage symptoms, improve quality of life, and maintain optimal health during various life stages

On a personal note, I believe in practising what I preach. This year, I'm committed to my own health journey, which includes:

  • Staying socially active through bowling and pickleball

  • Prioritising family and friend connections

  • Maintaining a consistent yoga and meditation practice

  • Daily cardio exercise of 30 min duration minimum

  • Regular strength training with lower body and core focus
